Liane Richter, MSN (she/her/hers) is an experienced, trauma informed and gender inclusive Family Nurse Practitioner and Community Health Nurse. She has been working with groups and individuals regarding personal and public health for 20 years. She has worked as Primary Care provider, Urgent Care provider, Community Health Nurse and in-home Nurse. Liane works with clients from birth to 100+ years of age. She has also overseen the health of 450+ children in Early HeadStart and HeadStart programs.

In her roles as Primary and Urgent Care provider she has developed hundreds of personal health plans with individual clients. She is skilled at actively listening to her clients, finding the areas of need for their improved health and then motivating the individual for sustainable change.

In her role as Community Health Nurse, she develops and implements procedures and systems to comply with the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements for Childcare Centers. She also provides Individualized Health Plans and consultations to childcare centers regarding children with complex health needs.
